Please enter your email address on the invoice to which you wish to be contacted after the complaint has been processed.
If you do not have the opportunity to come to the Service Department in person, please send a goods via GLS courier. To order the shipment, we recommend using the portal – https://www.zaslat.cz/.
In the case of sending a consignment via Czech Post, the shipment may not be taken over to the claim department. Do not forget to attach your invoice to the shipment. Without it, the Service Department staff will not accept your request for a complaint.
